- YallaDeal does not guarantee the availability, quality, or fulfillment of any deal.
- Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only.
6. Payments & Redemptions
- Any payment, redemption, or transaction made through a deal is between the User and the Merchant.
- YallaDeal is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, or disputes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and legality of their deals.
- Honoring published offers according to stated terms.
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Platform, including text, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of YallaDeal or its licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of YallaDeal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
10. Limitation of Liability
- YallaDeal provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
